About Us

Who We Are

The Inner Circle uses track and field to explore talent and passion, and helps youth athletes understand the process of accomplishing goals by organizing yourself, working hard, and staying committed.

1

Youth-Focused Coaching

Age-appropriate training for sprints, distance, jumps, and throws led by coaches who care about development, not just results.

2

Community & Character

We're a family first. Athletes learn accountability, work ethic, and how to be great teammates on and off the track.

3

Competitive Opportunities

USATF-sanctioned membership opens the door to local, regional, and national meets throughout the season.

What We Stand For

The CIRCLE

CIRCLE isn't just our name — it's what we stand for. These pillars guide everything we do, on the track and off it.

Integrity

Doing what's right, even when it's hard. Honesty and accountability come first — on the track and off it.

R

Responsibility

Owning your effort, your actions, and your role on this team. Every athlete matters.

C

Community

We're a family first. Teammates lift each other up and grow together, on and off the track.

Our team is made up mostly of middle school and high school athletes, and we welcome athletes ages 7 to 18. Since practices run about two hours, we do ask that athletes 12 and under be able to stay focused for that length of time.

Join our Spond group first (that's how we communicate all season long), then register for an active USATF membership using our club code 37-1082 for insurance coverage. Athletes also need the AthleticAPP to view track profiles and results and to be registered for meets. If your athlete plans to compete, order a team singlet from the apparel store early — see the full "Required as Part of Registration" checklist below.

Registration is $450 per season, covering coaching, facility access, equipment, and team operations. Required gear (like competition singlets) and other team apparel are billed separately through our gear store.

Running shoes and training attire, a water bottle, and weather-appropriate layers such as a rain-resistant jacket or hoodie — we train outdoors when possible, rain or shine. For competitions, athletes need their required team singlet from the apparel store.

All schedules, announcements, and team communication happen through our Spond group — join using the link below. Meet dates and results are posted on our athletic.net team page as they're added.

Have a question that's not covered here? Ask on Spond, or email us directly at jointheict@gmail.com — no sign-up needed.

Fall is where we build the engine. Strength training, conditioning, and technical sprint work lay the foundation for everything that follows — no meets, just steady, focused progress. Season begins Monday, September 7, 2026.
